Christopher Peacock’s own home kitchen! I like how it’s not an insanely sprawling football field sized room, like some of his work… Great marble Saarinen table matches the countertops, and I like the unexpected grey walls with orange print roman shades. Lovely prints rest on a shelf above the range and glittering lanterns hang above the island. A very charming space.
Renée LeJeune Hallberg RLH Studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Wallcovering is Schumacher Albero Floreale in Aqua. Love the barrel vaulted ceiling, the basketweave floor tole and the way the latitudinal space really pulls you in. Beautiful natural light streams in from the windows.
Blue and white garden room love. Wonderful treillage runs from the top of the walls on to the ceiling. Dark painted floors and doors balance the creamy white walls and dreamy blue ceiling. Love the sisal rug, rattan furniture, blue and white garden stools, cozy settee nook in the right corner topped by two bamboo mirrors, and the gorgeous pagoda lights.
Gil Schafer. Reblog forever - the whitewashed brick, the black shutters, the boxwods in black box planters, the steps, the dormers (especially the one with the scroll pediment for no reason), the little lanterns, the everything. I die.

Drop dead gorgeous view from what I’m assuming is the dining room (look at the Gracie paper!) through the foyer, and into the living room in a new construction house by Hilton Vanderhorn Architects in Connecticut. Wonderful mouldings, millwork, and large and airy scale without seeming cavernous.
